Bacon-infused Michelada

Ingredients (1)

1 lemon

4 ounce(s) Clamato® Original

1 drop of Worcestershire sauce

2 drops of habanero pepper sauce

1 12-oz bottle of beer

bacon extract

strips of bacon

1 slice of lime

Spicy salt mix for dusting the rim of the glass (optional)

4 tablespoon(s) kosher salt

2 teaspoon(s) chili powder

lemon juice



  1. In a cocktail glass with ice, mix the lemon juice, Clamato, bacon extract, Worcestershire sauce and habanero pepper sauce. Shake well to chill.
  2. Pour in a tall glass with ice and a rim dusted with salt. Fill glass to the top with beer.
  3. Garnish with the slice of lime and bacon strips.

Spicy Salt Mix for dusting the rim of the glass (optional)

  1. Combine the kosher salt and the chili powder on a small plate.
  2. Pour the lemon juice on another small plate.
  3. Dip the rim of a glass in lemon juice and then carefully place the rim on the plate with spicy salt mixture.
