Do you know the difference between pork cracklins and pork rinds?
There's a notable difference between the new Sysco Pica y Salpica Tender Pork Cracklin Pellets (SUPC 4730028) and the Block and Barrel Pork Rinds (SUPC 3508548). Cracklins have fat on the skin, giving them a rich, meatier crunch and are commonly used for cooking dishes such as Chicharron en Salsa Verde, and Sancocho, among others, while rinds have very little or no fat attached to the skin and are usually used for snacks.
