1. Deep fry frozen crab cake in cooking oil set at 350ºF for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown on the outside and 140ºF internally. Drain excess oil after cooking.
2. Slice roll in half lengthwise and toast the inside of the bun.
3. Assemble by spreading a small amount of mustard on the bottom bun, followed by lettuce, tomato and pickle.
4. Place cooked crab cake on inside of top bun.
5. Serve open faced.
