3 whole dried guajillo peppers
1/4 gallon(s) warm water
1/4 cup(s) sugar
salt for glass rim
1. Place peppers in a bowl with warm water and hydrate for 2 hours.
2. Remove from water and reserve.
3. Add sugar and tequila to the water where the peppers were hydrated and mix well.
4. Chill for thirty minutes. Frost rim of glass with salt, serve iced tea and decorate with pepper stick.
