2 avocados
4 limes
1/4 chopped onion
2 tomatos, cubed
2 green chiles, chopped
1 tablespoon(s) oregano
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 bunch Papalo
2 cup(s) finely grated Gouda cheese
Parchment paper
A drinking glass for forming the shape
Guacamole
1 Mix avocado with lime juice and salt.
2 Add onion, tomatos, chile, oregano, olive oil, and papalo and mix well.
3 Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Chicharron de Queso
1 Spread the grated Gouda loosely over the parchment paper in the shape of a circle or a rectangle with rounded edges. Put it on a stable cookie sheet or other flat surface for baking.
2 Place in oven. The cheese should all melt together and bake until the edges are crispy looking and slightly browned.
3 Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and while it’s still hot, gently bend the parchment paper into a cylinder and put it in the drinking glass to let the shape dry and set for a few minutes. Then, gently peel away the parchment paper and serve.
4 Serve with guacamole.
