15 ounce(s) dried purple corn
2 cinnamon sticks
1.5 cup(s) brown sugar
1/2 cup(s) pineapple chunks
1/2 cup(s) chopped apples
- Bring the water to a boil with the corn and cinnamon sticks in a large pot until water has a dark color.
- While boiling, add chunks of pineapple and apple and continue to boil.
- Remove from heat and strain the mix into a clean pitcher. Add sugar and lime.
- Let cool and add ice before serving.
