Ingredients (6)

1 cup(s) oatmeal oats

1/2 cup(s) corn starch

1 tablespoon(s) baking powder

4 Ripe bananas

2 Eggs

Queso Blanco


1 Peel bananas and shred.
2 In a bowl, add all ingredients and blend until a thick mix is formed. 
3 Heat a pan and add some of the mix in a round shape. Cook until both sides are slightly golden. 
4 Fill each cachapa with queso blanco
