Pescado a la Veracruzana


1 lb Tilapia Fillets
1 lb La Patrona Salsa Fresca    SUPC-2404158
4 oz White Onion Slices
0.5 oz Chopped Garlic
2 oz Water
2 oz Mexican Lime Juice
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
0.3 oz Salt


1. Mix everything and let marinate for 1 hour.
2. Cook on a skillet on Medium heat for 8 minutes, turning the fillets halfway through the cooking time.
3. Carefully stir occasionally.
