Maryland Crab Cake Slider

Yield: 4 sliders


4 each 1 oz. Louisiana Foods Brand Maryland Style Crab cakes
4 each Silver Dollar Rolls
As needed Green leaf lettuce
As needed Roma tomato, thin sliced
As needed Dill Pickle, thin sliced
As needed Yellow Mustard


1. Deep Fry frozen crab cake in cooking oil set at 350’F for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown on the outside and 140’F internally. Drain excess oil after cooking.
2. Slice roll in half lengthwise and toast the inside of the bun.
3. Assemble by spreading a small amount of mustard on the bottom bun, followed by lettuce, tomato and pickle.
4. Place cooked crab cake on inside of top bun.
5. Serve open faced.
