Chicken Salsa Verde Cilantro


1 lb Thick Shredded Cooked Chicken (Boiled, Grilled, Roasted)
1 lb La Patrona Salsa Verde Cilantro
10 oz Cubed Fried or Boiled Potatoes (enough to soften and remove the raw crisp)
5 oz White Onion Slices, Thick Cut
0.2 oz Salt
2  Tbsp Vegetable Oil
0.5 oz Fresh Chopped Garlic


1. On a skillet heat Oil, add Onion Slices and Chopped Garlic and brown.
2. Add Cubed Potatoes and stir for one minute.
3. Add Chicken and Salt, then brown. Add Salsa Verde Cilantro, mix well and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
