Chicharron en Salsa Verde

Ingredients

0.5 lb Pork Cracklings
1 lb La Patrona Salsa Verde Cilantro
3 oz Chopped White Onion
0.5 oz Chopped Garlic
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Procedure

1. Saute and Brown well Chopped Onions and garlic on Medium-High.
2. Add Salsa Verde Cilantro and bring down to medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes.
3. Add Pork Cracklings, stir and turn off.
