Fajitas Rancheras


1 lb Thin Sliced Grilled or Cooked Beef or Chicken Fajitas
12 oz La Patrona Salsa Fresca  
4 oz La Patrona Salsa Roja Norteña   
10 oz Cubed Fried or Boiled Potatoes (enough to soften and remove the raw crisp)
3 oz Sliced White Onions
3 oz Sliced Bell Peppers
4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
0.2 oz Salt
0.3 oz Chopped Cilantro


1. On a skillet heat Oil and lightly Sautee Sliced Onions and Sliced Bell Peppers, then add Fajitas and Salt, heat one minute.
2. Add Cubed Potatoes and stir for one minute.
3. Add Salsa Fresca and Salsa Roja Norteña and mix well, cook on high heat for 3 - 4 minutes.
4. Turn heat off and mix in Chopped Cilantro.
