Barria Tacos

Yield: 10 servings


5 lb beef neck SuKarne
2 oz garlic
¼ lb onion
2 oz cilantro
¼ lb lime
1 lb corn tortillas
½ lb avocado
4 oz jalapeño pickled peppers
2 oz tomato
1 oz poblano pepper
1 gal water
Salt and pepper to taste


1. In a large pot add water, beef (cut in medium size pieces), garlic, onion, poblano pepper, tomato, jalapeño pickled peppers, pinch of salt and garlic and boil (1.5hr aprox.) until the meat its tender.
2. Once the meat its cooked, drain the beef and place it in a bowl and smash it, add salt and pepper (if needed). Served on a corn tortilla with a slice of avocado, chopped onion and cilantro.
